  1. This is very open ended, and will allow unnecessary denial of rights. If someone is diagnosed with depression, or anxiety, should they be stripped of their right? I’d bet many liberals would say yes. However the medical industry sure likes to push unnecessary diagnosis.

    1. This is an outrage against the people of IL who have fought for are country and only have PTSD, depression or anxiety over what they have seen or went through, in their lives & are not harmful to others. IL is going to have a lot more people leaving this state! We have some real dumb a… running this state as well as other political individuals. And if Rauner passes this law for all disabled people it is just totally wrong! Only the severe mentally disabled that have shown signs of suicede or homaside should be considered concerning this law. I feel the disabled will just become targets of thieves in their own homes! IL should NOT have the right to change the constitution! Some people hunt to help survive. And others may want to teach their grandchildren how to hunt. I think you polititions are the ones sick in the head. I think everyone in this state who holds a political position needs to undergo a mental evaluation prior to being able to hold an office. Without political connections to the Dr.!

    2. “considered as mentally disabled by a judge” is considerably different than a diagnosis (by a physician or counselor) of depression or anxiety…
